What regions do you serve?
We are based out of Newburgh, NY in the Hudson Valley. In addition, we travel to New Windsor, Cornwall, Walden, Montgomery, Wallkill, Marlboro, and Milton. If you are a neighboring community and are interested in home services, please reach out and we will try to accommodate your needs. Teletherapy services are available to anyone residing in New York State.
Where do therapy sessions take place?
We are happy to travel to your home, your child's daycare, or other community locations (such as the park or library). Sessions can also take place at our clinic in Newburgh N.Y.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes depending on your child's individual needs. The number of weekly sessions are also individualized to your child, but are typically 1-2 times per week.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, Little Stars Pediatric Therapy is in network with NYSHIP Empire Plan, United Healthcare, Aetna, Emblem Health, New York State Medicaid (additionally Medicaid managed care plans MVP and Fidelis). If we do not take your insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement; this is the client's sole responsibility. Please note that payment is due at the time of service.
What payment is accepted?
We accept debit, credit, HSA and FSA. Payment is due at the time of service.
